Now, I know I am not offering some grand salary and benefits (yet) though I genuine path for some people to earn some good income. And in the future, as the company grows, they could be elevated to Director levels and above. I am offering flexibility, as many hours as they want to work at it, help in training them.

Here is what I have found: That it doesn’t seem that many are needing jobs. I have had minimal responses, and those that have, seem to be very picky and negative, and not have a can do attitude or working ethic???

I have been very perplexed by this, and have been thinking why is that?

We are offering to give people a chance to bring in some income at a time when the economy is not good, and jobs are not that plentiful, though it seems like many do not want the change to work.

Now it is a commissioned position, though bottom line it is a job, that could lead to them making more then they ever have in their life.

I am sure the can do people will come, and the business will grow very big. Though I have learned from this, that even though the economy is bad, and there are less jobs, that there are many that just don’t want to work, or have to high of expectations.

You also want to be making enough to be able to provide yourself with health insurance,etc. as if you work for a company that is supplying these, you will be having to pay for this also. There is a large variety of plans now specifically for one person businesses or small operations.

Ideally here is the way I have thought it should go.

You have your online business, it starts pulling in money, you use this to pay down your debts, reinvest some in your business, save some of these profits. As they grow you pay down more debts,which frees up more money from your day job. You then start making sure the profits are consistant monthly, and your business is growing. Ideally you should be able to say you are making more from your online business, mlm,etc then working at your day job. During this you want to find a accountant, or learn as much as you can about taxes, deductions, etc, by having your own business. Then you transition to your business fulltime, and grow it double,triple or more by focusing on it fulltime.

A steady, safe transition which we all want you to have, with no problems, though lots of success!

These are usually people that sign up for a program, don’t do anything and wonder why they are not being successful. So they say it is a scam. There are those that say read the disclaimers and it will tell you it is a scam just by that. This is correct in many instances, though more and more people have to have disclaimers because of the people that expect or demand to much without doing anything.

I know on our site we have these just to not let the crooks try to scam us, as protection. You just have to do this to protect yourself.

So there is a catch 22 on disclaimers.

A good example of people that cry scam when are not a lot of times are:

People that buy a fat loss pill then don’t exercise, eat more then say it is a scam because they did not loose weight. Guaranteed on the bottle it says you will loose weight in combination with exercise and diet program. A lot of these pills do help your metabolism though you have to contribute to.

Another example is the person that signs up for a MLM program or other business opportunity then doesn’t do anything, doesn’t make any money and starts saying it is a scam.

Now there are MLM, Business Opportunities, Infomercials that are scams, so you do have to do a little research.

Here is what I have found and it seems to work overall:

If it is to good to be true it probably is

If opportunity is on a website and they show lots of flash as in fancy cars, mansions, boats, etc. then stay away

If they tell you they are making thousands of dollars a day to get you to join…most likely not.

If they give you a lot of testimonials with a bunch of people saying they make thousands of dollars a day, you probably wont.

If they get you to order Cds and want you to pay shipping and handling then say if you don’t return within two weeks they will change your credit card. It is probably a scam

If they say is free to join then try to convince you to spend thousands of dollars to be in a certain elite club, etc. then run away as fast as you can.

If when somebody is trying to sell you something and they have to call into their office and then want you to speak to their manager, this is high pressure sales, and most likely is a fly by night company.

If program you join says to get your family to join and borrow money from them to join their business if you don’t have it, then it is a scam.

If somebody you see in person is all flash, meaning they have to flash expensive things to you or to everybody, they are probably not legitimate or a crook.

And these are just a few.

Again you can make money online with many programs and many are legit, though it does take work.

After all, how many people do you know or knew that owned businesses, didn’t do anything and just flashed materialist things to everybody? I would say none

The very successful and wealthy have these things, though don’t have to flash them to impress or to be with them.

I remember back when I was going to college there was a class I had to take. I say had as was studying business and if you ever went to college you know you have to take some classes that are of no interest, though they say you have to do this as it makes you well roundedJ Well I had to take a liberal arts class, and took humanities..which turned out to be a very good class. I remember the professor was explaining that you always had to keep a open mind as you may just some very nice surprises you would never have found. So the professor made us watch a movie that it was agreed the entire class would have not selected or ever watched, and it was fantastic! The professor recommended always read a book, magazine or even see a movie that you would not normally watch as this will keep you open to fresh ideas and you just might learn something and get incredible insight.

The other day my wife and were flipping through the channels to find a movie as we really enjoy watching movies, none were on, so we stopped on one channel which were a movie had just started, the information about the movie wasn’t that descriptive, though we decided to watch it…as it turns out it was one of the best movies we had seen in sometime. After we said you know, if we would have gone to blockbusters we probably wouldn’t have checked it out, by seeing the description we didn’t think it would be anything good, online still we probably would not have checked it out, though we said lets try it, and it turned out to be very very good.

Say with online marketing and life in general always keep a open mind and you may be surprised at what you will find. Don’t be taken in by all the flash because a lot of times it is just flash not substance or good.

Remember that when finding new says to advertise or businesses you see advertised…as the old saying goes which is still so so true..don’t judge a book by its cover as the best ones have just a plain regular coverJ

Next I have a question which you may have asked yourself before and you know sometimes I would like to know the answer to this.

How can two people advertise the same program or business online, using the same ad, using the same programs to advertise their ads could one person get sales and the other doesn’t?? Any input on this? See if you know the answer?

The other day I had to laugh when reading a article about MLM, it said that a person shouldn’t try to sell MLM as it is not like anything else, and one should never use this approach when getting people to signup for MLM.

Here is what MLM is in all of its basic form: You want people to signup or join, they are place underneath you, you want them to recruit people and so forth and so forth, like a pyramid. Next you want them to buy the products if they offer them, which at the end of the day makes the people above you a lot of money, depending how successful the program is.

Is this a bad thing? Not at all….can you make money in these? Absolutely

Though here is reality, every morning you wake up, you get into the shower and use soap and shampoo that somebody sold you by their advertising or low price or ingredients they have in them (a sale). Next you put on your clothes, which again advertising swayed you to buy these clothes, could have been the price, the brand, the design, though some form of marketing and/or advertising made you buy these clothes over the rest (a sale). Next you get into your car and go to work, why did you choose the car you drive? Am pretty certain it was some form of marketing that convinced you to buy it; economical, features, engine, maker, price range,etc. which these were marketed to you to convince you to buy this car (sale) . As you drive to work look around, billboards everywhere, advertising and marketing to you about all kinds of things.(sale)

You get to your work, which you had to make sell yourself as to why they should hire you by the way (sale) If you are trying to move up in your company, you have to convince the leadership why they should do this, you sell your ideas and logic, whatever it may be (sale) You get home turn on the TV you are barraged by advertising on commercials and marketing techniques by the movies and shows. To get the sale. You want to take your wife or girlfriend somewhere you sell them on the idea of where you would like to go, or they sell you on a place ( a sale)

To say especially when it comes to a business (any kind) that you shouldn’t try to sell them on it, is ridiculous and manipulative. If you have or are part of a MLM businesses you want to sell everyone on the benefits it offers, you want to sell them on the ideas and realities that it can bring to them, you want to sell them on the lifestyle possible. Sell Sell Sell

Because if you use the philosophy you are not trying to sell MLM and what it has to offer, then you are being dishonest to the person and remember you joined where you know it not, because somebody sold it to youJ As you should be in any business and MLM is a business, be ethical and a leader by not misleading new people into it, as if you do, in the future you will have it come back and bite you.

If you have been online marketing/advertising for awhile, sometimes it is good to take a step back and look at the big picture.

What made you get started in the first place doing this? Do you have a job and want to earn extra money, do you want to make this your fulltime income, are you wanting to spend more time with your family, are you wanting to earn more then you possibly could at your present job, do you want to be your own boss?

Does this sound familiar? Probably, as most of you most likely saw this advertised to you, have heard of people doing this and you thought “Hey that sounds good”.

Take a rest and take a step back and think why you started online marketing your business, mlm, etc. And next if you are achieving this, are you making money on it, also are you achieving the benefits you sought.

It is easy to get so in deep into marketing your service or program, sometime you forget the whole reason you started in the first place.

You could be working a job and then marketing harder then ever to achieve your goals. Though if you remember probably you started marketing your online program to have more free time and money?? And the program you joined touted this said how great your life would be. So you joined and started following their programs and advice, then you notice all they say is you have to work hard, don’t quit, just follow these steps.

This is why sometimes you need to take a rest, take a step back and look at the big picture of what you have been doing.

Are you just working harder and have less free time? Are there things you could be doing better? Are you in profitability? Is all your hard work making somebody else money and leads?

Maybe you are to set on how you are advertising and not opening yourself to other areas of how to advertise or more effective ways.

Take a moment, take a step back and look at the big picture of your work marketing your business and programs. You may be surprised with what you realize and come up withJ And how smart and efficient you become at your business.

Small Biz Creates 55,000 New Jobs
The overall economic outlook may be grim, but according to a new report, small business is providing a much-needed employment boost. The ADP National Employment Report  highlights the 55,000 new jobs created in March by companies with less than 50 employees. Compare that statistic to February, when only 16,000 new jobs were reportedly created by small business.

Among medium-size businesses (with between 50 and 499 workers), employment increased by 5,000, while large businesses with 500 or more workers saw employment decline by 52,000.

"This apparent reacceleration of employment among small-size business contrasts with employment declines among larger firms, and is consistent with the stronger growth and resiliency these businesses have demonstrated over the past several years," says Joel Prakken, chairman of Macroeconomic Advisers.

The report, created by ADP Employer Services in partnership with Macroeconomic Advisers, LLC, found that within the small-business category, the goods-producing sector lost about 8,000 jobs while the service-providing sector gained about 63,000 jobs.

Be dependable

Have fun
